Dutch Brothers Racing is an Abu Dhabi-based, content-first motorsport team built around a simple idea: Every Lap Has Meaning.
Founded by Jon De Jager and Alan VanderMolen, DBR follows two later-in-life rookie drivers as they turn ambition into competition, sharing the real journey: the training, mistakes, pressure, humour and progress whilst we make our way to the starting grid. With team manager and coach Andy Boux, DBR combines racing, storytelling and business to create a distinctive UAE platform while celebrating the people, energy and ambition of Abu Dhabi.

Jon and Alan had spent their careers building businesses, navigating change and learning that resilience is often forged during the difficult chapters. They wanted to take that experience and put it towards something completely new. The answer was racing. Not a track day or a weekend hobby, but becoming racing drivers and competing for real.
DBR is the story of taking everything learned in the boardroom and testing it on the racetrack, whilst documenting the journey including the ups and downs and finding out just how far they can go.
